What is a personal trainer?

A personal trainer is a fitness professional who creates and delivers training programs to individuals or groups. Certified personal trainers help their clients achieve their fitness goals by crafting personalized workout plans, as well as by motivating and keeping them accountable in their exercise routine.

Why do I need a personal trainer?

What are your areas of expertise?

I specialize in workouts using your own body weight and portable equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands (elastic bands for fitness), but I have experience with gym equipment and machines as well.

What does the training schedule look like?

During our initial call, we'll establish your goals, the number of trainings per week that you feel comfortable with and the types of workout you'll do. For the actual times for your workout, you will be able to book the times that work best for you in our online scheduler.

Where do training sessions take place?

We can have our sessions either online via Zoom or at a place of your choosing (in person sessions not currently available due to the global situation).

How much does a personal trainer cost?

Our pricing starts at $300 CAD per month and depends on the number of weekly training sessions you choose. We also offer 12-month packages for the best value.
